Olilo
British internet service provider
Olilo (legally Olilo UK & Ireland Ltd) is a British internet service provider that sells full-fibre broadband to households, aimed in particular at technically minded customers such as home-lab operators, system administrators and gamers. Founded in 2025 and regulated by Ofcom, it resells connections over the CityFibre, Openreach, Freedom Fibre, Gigaclear and Trooli wholesale networks.
History
Olilo UK & Ireland Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales on 30 March 2025. Its founder and chief executive is Liam Mulryan; the company lists Aydan Abrahams as co-founder and chief operating officer, Jaden Fyfe as chief technology officer and Mark Preston as chief growth officer, and all four are registered directors. By the company's own account it was founded in the first quarter of 2025, took its first customers in the second quarter and launched publicly in the third. According to ISPreview, the provider launched in early September 2025 and placed its first orders through aquila, a wholesale ordering platform run by AllPoints Fibre Networks (APFN) that gives retailers access to Openreach and CityFibre lines.
In November 2025 Olilo announced that it was going live on Freedom Fibre's open-access network, which covers about 350,000 premises in parts of England and North Wales. In August 2026 it took over the former Brillband customer base from APFN, which had acquired Brillband's customers in 2024 and was repositioning itself as a wholesale-only operator; Olilo said the customers' products, prices and contracts would stay the same. Neither company's customer numbers have been disclosed.
Services
Olilo markets its main product as "prosumer" broadband: symmetric speeds on CityFibre and Freedom Fibre, a static IPv4 address and a /48 IPv6 prefix as standard, no carrier-grade NAT, and the option of using the customer's own router. It also sells consumer and mobile plans, an L2TP tunnel service that routes any UK broadband line through its network, and sponsorship of autonomous system numbers for customers who want to announce their own IP address space. In July 2026 it announced plans for a symmetric 5 Gbps package on CityFibre; ISPreview reported that, a year after CityFibre launched that tier at wholesale, Sky had been the only provider to adopt it. The company publishes a public traffic dashboard and a product roadmap.
Its website shows membership of the Internet Services Providers' Association (ISPA) and the Communications Ombudsman scheme. The registered office is in Blackpool, and the company gives London as its headquarters.
