The New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA) is an association of trial lawyers in New York State who represent plaintiffs, based in New York City. It says it has more than 3,000 members and works to protect New York's civil justice system and the rights of injured people against measures that would limit them.

Through the New York State Trial Lawyers Institute it runs continuing legal education seminars for lawyers. Members have list-server forums, a transcript bank, an expert database and publications including Bill of Particulars and the New York Litigation Review. The association has committees and regional affiliates and holds a yearly judicial gala.
