Eddie Abbew is a UK-based fitness content creator, gym owner and former professional bodybuilder, known for short videos giving advice on diet and health. His YouTube channel, which he says is about "educating people on the mental and physical impact of eating whole, natural foods and taking care of your body", had about 292,000 subscribers in October 2026, and he also posts on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Abbew competed in the 2007 Mr. Olympia, the top contest in professional bodybuilding, where he did not place. A 2021 interview podcast describes him as a former British overall champion, one of few British bodybuilders to have qualified for the open Mr. Olympia, and a prep coach to other bodybuilders for ten years. He says he is a qualified psychiatric nurse.
Work
According to his gym's own listing, he founded Eddie Abbew's Olympian Gym in Hemel Hempstead in 2011. He also runs a paid online community, Abbew Crew, on Skool. He has described Ghana as his "motherland".
