The New Stack (TNS) is an online publication covering software development and enterprise technology, including cloud infrastructure, open source, developer tools and AI-based software engineering. It describes itself as "a media platform for the people who build and manage software the world relies on".[1]
History
The New Stack was founded in 2014 by the technology journalist Alex Williams. According to its website, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of the investment firm Insight Partners, and its editor-in-chief is Nick Lucchesi.[1]
Content
Besides news and analysis written by its staff and outside contributors, The New Stack publishes podcasts and an email newsletter, TNS Update.[1]
