Kelly Rizzo

Kelly Rizzo is a television personality, food and travel blogger and podcaster from Chicago, known for her lifestyle brand and online series Eat Travel Rock and the grief podcast Comfort Food. She posts as eattravelrock on TikTok, where her account is verified, and as kellyrizzo on Instagram and YouTube.

Career

A former realtor, she began covering food, travel and music on her blog and online show Eat Travel Rock, interviewing chefs and musicians. According to its website, Eat Travel Rock has since grown into a lifestyle brand with a production studio and a social media agency.

In 2023 she was one of the celebrity recruits on the second season of the Fox competition series Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, from which she withdrew in the fourth episode. In November 2023 she launched Comfort Food, a weekly podcast produced for Acast in which guests talk about grief and loss over a meal of their choosing; its first episodes featured John Stamos and Katie Couric. In October 2024 she launched Comfort Club, which she describes as an online community for people who have gone through similar life experiences.

Personal life

She married comedian Bob Saget in October 2018; he died in January 2022, and she has said the podcast was inspired by that loss. Since 2024 she has been in a relationship with actor Breckin Meyer.
