JUNlPER, the online name of June Sternbach (born November 1, 1995), is an American podcaster, social media personality and social media editor for The Onion, who posts on X as CantEverDie. She became known in the early 2020s for satirical screenshots of made-up news stories, and is credited with popularising the phrase "goblin mode" through a February 2022 post showing an edited headline that attributed it to the actress Julia Fox, who said she had never used it. Oxford Languages named "goblin mode" its word of the year for 2022.
