Armin Gerhard Aberle is a German semiconductor scientist and professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in the field of photovoltaics (PV) and solar energy, with particular expertise in thin-film solar cells and crystalline silicon solar cells. He has been Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Solar Energy Research Institute of Singapore (SERIS) at NUS since April 2012.
