Donald Neil Plett is a former Canadian politician. He was appointed to the Senate of Canada to represent Manitoba on August 27, 2009. He served as leader of the Opposition in the Canadian Senate from 2019 until 2025. He is the founding president of the Conservative Party of Canada.
