Kémi Séba, born Stellio Gilles Robert Capo Chichi on 9 December 1981 in Strasbourg, is a Beninese political activist, diplomat, author and journalist who writes in French. He is also an NGO director and has been a member of a non-governmental organisation since 2015. Since 2024 he has been part of a diplomatic mission.
