Loizza Aquino

Loizza Aquino (born 17 September 1999) is a Canadian mental health advocate, motivational speaker and podcaster, born in Manila, Philippines. She founded Peace of Mind Canada and Student Mental Health Canada, and received an RBC Top 25 Canadian Immigrants Award in 2018. In 2021 she completed an Honours Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, with a double major in International Development and Mental Health. She has spoken at schools, universities and community events in cities including Toronto, Boston, London and Manila, and has led youth workshops in North and South America and Africa in partnership with the World Alliance of YMCAs.
