William Palmer Rodgers is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, driving the No. 42 Chevrolet SS for Young's Motorsports. He has also been a part-time driver in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series, NASCAR K&N Pro Series East, ARCA Menards Series West and the Pirelli World Challenge.
