Dariush Soudi (born 18 April 1966) is a British-Iranian entrepreneur, speaker and podcaster with citizenship of the United Arab Emirates. He works as a sales trainer and venture capital investor and was named Entrepreneur of the Year by Gulf News. He is the author of the book The XII Principles of a Modern Day Gladiator. His YouTube channel, In The ARENA With Dariush Soudi, had about 1 million subscribers in November 2025.
