Sven Michael George Koopmans is a Dutch international lawyer, diplomat and former politician. From 2021 to 2025 he served as the European Union Special Representative for the Middle East Peace Process. Before that he was a member of the House of Representatives for the Peoples Party for Freedom and Democracy from 2017 to 2021.
