Luis Sangel Arráez is a Venezuelan professional baseball infielder for the Philadelphia Phillies of Major League Baseball (MLB). He has previously played in MLB for the Minnesota Twins, Miami Marlins, San Diego Padres, and San Francisco Giants. Arráez represents the Venezuelan national team in international competitions. He is nicknamed "La Regadera".
