William Christopher Carter, nicknamed "Animal", is an American former professional baseball outfielder. He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Boston Red Sox and New York Mets between 2008 and 2010. He also played in Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) for the Saitama Seibu Lions from 2012 to 2013.
