Lulzim Basha

Lulzim Basha is an Albanian politician and lawyer who served as chairman of the Democratic Party of Albania and as Leader of the Opposition from 2013 to 2022. He has also served as Mayor of Tirana, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of the Interior, and Minister of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunications. Since 2024, he has led the Euroatlantic Democrats, a political party formed after the split of the Democratic Party.
