Brian Ian Whittle is a Scottish politician and former athlete, who has been a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the South Scotland region from 2016 to 2026. A member of the Scottish Conservatives, he served as Shadow Minister for Public Health, Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport.
