John Francis Boultbee AM is a lawyer and Australian sport administrator particularly in relation to rowing and football. In 1990, he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for services to rowing as an administrator. He was appointed the inaugural Chief Executive Officer of the National Sports Tribunal in March 2020.
