Manuel Bartlett Díaz (born 23 February 1936) is a Mexican politician affiliated with the Labor Party (PT) since 2012. As a member of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI), he served as Secretary of the Interior (1982–1988), and as Governor of Puebla (1993–1999). He served as director of the Federal Electricity Commission between 2018 and 2024.
