Justin Piers Richard Madders is a British Labour Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Ellesmere Port and Bromborough, previously Ellesmere Port and Neston, since 2015. He has served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport since July 2026, having also served as Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Employment Rights, Competition and Markets from July 2024 to September 2025.
