Anna Gertrud Rosemarie Hein (17 January 1953 – 15 February 2025) was a German politician who was education spokeswoman for the Left Party. From 1990 to 2006, she was a member of the Landtag of Saxony-Anhalt, and in 2009 she became a member of the Bundestag.
