James Garland Quintel is an American voice actor, animator, storyboard artist, director, writer and producer. He created the Cartoon Network series Regular Show (2010–2017), in which he voiced Mordecai and Hi-Five Ghost, and the HBO Max series Close Enough (2020–2022), in which he voiced Josh.
