Neighborhood Intelligence, Inc., d/b/a Bed Bath & Beyond is an American online retailer, founded in 1999 by Patrick M. Byrne and Jason Lindsey. It used the Overstock.com brand for over 20 years, except for a failed rebranding effort to O.co in 2011, and was known for selling closeout merchandise including home decor, furniture, and bedding.
