Carl Jason Austin-Behan is a British politician and community activist who served as the LGBT adviser to the Mayor of Greater Manchester from 2018 to 2022. He served as Lord Mayor of Manchester from May 2016 to May 2017, being its first openly gay Lord Mayor. He has served as Labour councillor for Burnage since September 2026, having previously served in the same role from 2011 to 2018.
