Bilal Matan Powell is an American former professional football player who was a running back in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Louisville Cardinals. Selected by the New York Jets in the fourth round of the 2011 NFL draft, Powell played his entire NFL career with the Jets from 2011 to 2019 and ranks among the top running backs in Jets history.
