Jayaprakash Narayan

Jaya Prakash Narayana is an Indian liberal politician, activist and a former public administrator. He is the founder and president of Foundation for Democratic Reforms dedicated to advancing governance reforms, electoral transparency, and decentralized administration in India. He served on the National Advisory Council during UPA‑1 and was a member of the Second Administrative Reforms Commission (2005) as well as the Task Force for the National Rural Health Mission.
