Moshe Kahlon is a retired Israeli politician. Between 2003 and 2013 he served as a member of the Knesset on behalf of the Likud party, and as Minister of Communications and Minister of Welfare & Social Services. After a temporary hiatus from politics, he founded the Kulanu party in 2014, and returned to the Knesset the following year. In 2015, he was appointed Minister of Finance in the Netanyahu IV cabinet. On 12 January 2020, Kahlon announced that he would be retiring from politics.
