Devin Patrick Dwyer is an American television journalist and digital reporter. He is ABC News' senior Washington reporter and leads network coverage of the U.S. Supreme Court. He has covered policy, politics and legal affairs at the network since 2009. He was the network's off-air reporter on President Obama's re-election campaign in 2012.
