Marcus Anthony Mailei is an American former professional football player who was a fullback in the National Football League (NFL). After playing college football for the Weber State Wildcats, he was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2009. He was a member of the New Orleans Saints from 2009–2010.
