Mustafa Hamed Mohamed is a Spanish politician who served as the Mayor-President of Melilla from 5 July 1999 to 19 July 2000, and is the leader of Coalition for Melilla. Aberchán was convicted of vote buying by the Supreme Court of Spain in 2021, and was arrested for vote buying in 2024.
