Anheuser-Busch Companies, LLC is a Belgian-American brewing company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Since 2008, following the hostile takeover by AB Inbev of Belgium, it has been wholly owned by Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV, the world's largest brewing company, which owns global brands such as Budweiser, Michelob, Stella Artois, and Beck's.
