Kraig Urbik is an American former professional football player who was an offensive guard for nine seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Wisconsin Badgers after graduating from Hudson High School, and was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the third round of the 2009 NFL draft. He also played for the Miami Dolphins and Buffalo Bills.
