Rosneft Oil is a Russian public joint-stock company (PJSC)integrated energy company based in Moscow. Rosneft specializes in the exploration, extraction, production, refining, transport, sale of petroleum, natural gas, and petroleum products. Russian government owned Rosneftegaz is the parent company. Its name is a portmanteau of the Russian words Rossiyskaya neft.
