Poundland Limited is a British variety store chain headquartered in Walsall, England.Founded by Dave Dodd and Steven Smith in 1990, originally selling all of its items at the single price of £1, today, it is owned by 1903 Peach Bidco Limited, a consortium which includes Gordon Brothers and Pepco Group.
