Vanessa Hill (born 3 March 1987 in Sydney) is an Australian television presenter, producer, science communicator and sleep scientist. She holds a PhD, studies bedtime procrastination and how technology affects sleep, and uses behavioural science to help people rest better. She has also worked as a vlogger and film director, has been employed by BrainCraft, and was educated at the University of New South Wales, the Australian National University and Central Queensland University.
