Aki Shimizu is a manga artist who hails from Ōmuta, Fukuoka. She contributed the art for Blood Sucker: Legend of Zipangu (2000), and Graduale der Wolken (2001). Shimizu's work includes the manga adaptation of Suikoden III (2002), based on Konami's video game, and a prequel manga to Suikoden STAR LEAP (2025), featuring Shapur, a new character and one of the 108 heroes from the Nameless Lands.
