Sydney Elizabeth Towle (November 15, 1999 – August 5, 2026) was an American social media content creator who gained recognition for documenting her experience with metastatic cholangiocarcinoma, a rare bile duct cancer, which she began documenting in August 2023. She received online hate from groups who alleged that she did not have cancer, although her cancer was confirmed. She died of complications of her cancer on August 5, 2026.
