Rupert Wingfield-Hayes

Rupert Anthony Wingfield-Hayes is a British journalist and formerly the BBC's Asia Correspondent based in Taipei. He was previously the BBC's Tokyo correspondent for ten years after postings as correspondent in Beijing, Moscow and the Middle East.
