Lydia Benecke (born November 1982 in Bytom) is a German and Polish psychologist, psychological psychotherapist, writer and podcaster. She studied at Ruhr University Bochum and is a member of the Gesellschaft zur wissenschaftlichen Untersuchung von Parawissenschaften, a German skeptics' organisation.
