Tamsen Fadal

Tamsen Fadal (born 4 December 1970) is an American journalist, news presenter, author, filmmaker and menopause advocate who studied at the University of South Florida. She has received an Emmy Award, and her book How to Menopause was a New York Times bestseller. She hosts The Tamsen Show, a podcast about midlife and menopause on which she interviews doctors and other guests, with new episodes on Mondays and Thursdays. Her X account had 30,364 followers in February 2023.
