Jeremy Ross Balfour is a Scottish politician, baptist minister and solicitor who served as a Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the Lothian region from 2016 until 2026. Having been first elected as a Conservative, Balfour resigned from the party in August 2025, citing disagreements over Russell Findlay's leadership.
