Lydia Valentín Pérez is a Spanish retired weightlifter, Olympic Champion, two-time World Champion and four-time European Champion competing in the 75 kg category until 2018 and 81 kg starting in 2018 after the International Weightlifting Federation reorganized the categories. She has won three Olympic medals, two World Weightlifting Championships, and four European Weightlifting Championships.
