Flight of the Conchords

Flight of the Conchords are a New Zealand musical comedy duo formed in Wellington in 1998. The band consists of multi-instrumentalists Bret McKenzie and Jemaine Clement. The duo began as a popular live comedy act in the early 2000s, and their blend of comedy and music subsequently became the basis of the self-titled BBC radio series (2005) and, later, the HBO series Flight of the Conchords (2007–2009). They released their first full-length comedy special, Live in London, in October 2018 on HBO, followed by a live album release through Sub Pop in March 2019.
