Joseph Andrew Ross is an American professional baseball pitcher in the Texas Rangers organization. He has previously played in MLB for the Washington Nationals, Milwaukee Brewers, Philadelphia Phillies, and Arizona Diamondbacks. The San Diego Padres selected Ross in the first round of the 2011 MLB draft. He made his MLB debut in 2015 with the Nationals.
