Matthew Robert LaFleur (born November 3, 1979) is an American professional football coach and former player who is the head coach for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the offensive coordinator for the Los Angeles Rams and Tennessee Titans, and has also served as the quarterbacks coach for the Washington Commanders, Notre Dame, and Atlanta Falcons.
