Emil Michael

Emil Girgis Michael is an Egyptian-born American businessman. Michael was previously the senior vice president of business and chief business officer at Uber, and the chief operating officer of Klout. Since May 20, 2025, Michael has served as Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering and as the department's chief technology officer.
