Joyce Rebekah "Joy" Morrissey is an American-born British Conservative Party politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Beaconsfield since 2019. She has been Shadow Minister for Women and Equalities since 2026, and was a Lord Commissioner of the Treasury from November 2023 until July 2024. She was Opposition Deputy Chief Whip in the House of Commons from 2024 to 2026, serving alongside Gagan Mohindra.
