Abdelkader Fassi Fehri

Abdelkader Fassi Fehri (born 20 April 1947) is a Moroccan leading figure specializing in Arabic and comparative linguistics, including syntax, morphology, lexicon, and semantics. He has been associated with Mohammed V University in Rabat, and the Linguistic Society of Morocco. His work has modernized the Arabic field and is tools, having implemented generative and lexical-functional approaches to the investigation of the Arabic language. He has also produced significant work on Arabic language management and planning, linguistic justice, and terminology.
