Vincent D. Rougeau is an American legal scholar who serves as the 33rd president of the College of the Holy Cross. He is the college's first lay and first Black president. Before assuming the position, Rougeau served as the dean of Boston College Law School from 2011 to 2021 and was the president of the Association of American Law Schools.
