Arlington Louis "Ali" Highsmith is an American former professional football player who was a linebacker for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the LSU Tigers, earning first-team All-American honors in 2007. He was signed by the Cardinals as an undrafted free agent in 2008.
